The estimate is built from the survey and the walkthrough. If the scope changes on site, you hear about it that day.
Licensed, Certified and Insured
Asbestos abatement in Colorado is regulated by the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment. Contractors have to be certified, projects over certain thresholds have to be reported, and waste has to go to approved facilities under a documented chain of custody.
All of that applies to every job we take, on a nine hundred square foot condo the same as on a commercial building.
